This is the list of confirmed workshops. There is a small chance there may be changes on the day, but this is unlikely.
Throughout the BiFest there will be an open space for socialising with other attendees.
There will be informal discussion groups at lunch. A crafts area and separate quiet space will be available throughout the day.
The bar will be open throughout, selling tea, coffee, soft drinks and alcohol. Food will be available for purchase at the venue during the lunch break (12 until 2) with a selection of sandwiches, soup (vegan and vegetarian), pre-packed salad and possibly jacket potatoes.
Whether food will be available for purchase during the dinner break (5:30-8:30) is still being worked out. You may be required to provide your own meal. If food is not available from the venue, a selection of takeaway menus will be provided and you will be welcome to order food to the venue and eat it there.
In the evening we will be putting on a disco, complete with DJ!
On Sunday there will be some unofficial/informal events including a walking tour and a museum tour of Oxford so why not consider staying over?
